Aged Care Ambassadors provide a range of services and supports to assist you with your day-to-day activities and remain connected to your community.
We support anyone in need of Aged Care, Veterans (DVA) and Private Care supports and services on the Sunshine Coast.
We will strive to provide an environment where our management and care team are encouraged to continue to learn and develop professional skills and personal growth.

The team have 40 years of combined experience in defence, healthcare and business management, our management team offers a unique blend of personal lived experience in disability, mental health, and aged care. We focus on staff training, supervision, appraisals, individual service planning, and upholding service user rights.
The combined experience and commitment ensure that our clients receive the best possible care and support tailored to each person's individual needs.
