Home Care Package
Home Care Packages are designed to make home care accessible. The government-funded program empowers eligible older Australians to continue living at home independently by receiving a range of home care services per their assessed needs.
If you are over the age of 65 years and you need some extra support at home you can apply for a Home Care Package by requesting an assessment through the government body My Aged Care.
