Home Care Package
Home Care Packages are designed to make home care accessible for older Australians, emp. The government-funded program empowers eligible older Australians, empowering them to continue living at home independently. The government funded program offers a variety of services tailored to your assessment needs.
If you are over the age of 65 years and require additional support at home, you can apply for a Home Care Package by requesting an assessment through the government body My Aged Care, either by calling them at 1800 200 422 or applying online.
